RVE partners with Bruce Engel Design Inc. (BE Design), a collaboration that began in 2012 in Rwanda. Sharing a common design-build philosophy, they first worked together on a housing project in Rwinkwavu, engaging the local community through design workshops. Since then, they have delivered multiple projects including dormitory housing for Partners in Health, the Komera Leadership Center, Kula Vocational Training & Community Center, and the Virunga Mountains Spirits Distillery. BE Design leads on design, while RVE handles construction, working jointly from project inception to final handover.
